Whether you know it or not, you already have a mindfulness toolkit. It’s just a matter of unlocking it and picking up the tools. Join certified mindfulness coaches Nicoya Helm and Renee Anthony Dee to learn how. This online course is drop-in friendly, but we hope you can join every session!

Online, Tuesdays Jan 12, 19, 26 and Feb. 2 from 7-8:30 pm Central Time.

Sustaining Ticket: $20 per meeting - support scholarship attendance and sustain TBC offerings
Standard Ticket: $10 per meeting - sustain TBC’s offerings

By the course’s end, you’ll know:

  • The three attention skills of mindfulness
  • The key benefits of mindfulness
  • Which mindfulness tools suit which types of situations

And you’ll be able to:

  • Meditate with and without guidance
  • Strategically apply mindfulness tools to specific situations, including self-care, work, relationships, and daily activities
  • Make a mindfulness practice plan
  • Make a mindful self-care plan

Attending all four classes isn’t required, but it will maximize your toolkit!
